Refunds and Returns Overview

My refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be retuned undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging or similar packaging to ensure no damage to the artwork.

If purchasing an online course this also has a refund policy of 14 days. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within normally 3-5 business days.

There are no exchanges. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Molly’s Artistry PO Box 222897 West Palm Beach FL 33422

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
